Organic olive oil with a super soft taste. Ripe harvested Alfafarenga and Manzanilla olives together with delicious Blanqueta olives that were harvested early. Acidity < 0.23%

Delicious fruity organic olive oil with a slightly sharper taste. 100% Picual olives. The healthiest olive oil (even more cholesterol lowering than our other olive oils) and the best for high heating (smoke point at 200°). Acidity < 0.15%
