Parelleda, Macabeo. Brut. Second fermentation in bottle of at least 18 months.
Grape varieties: Macabeo and Parellada.
Color: light yellow color.
Nose: Fine bouquet of citrus fruit, apple and toast bread.
Mouth: A fresh attack of lots of fruit. Presence of fine acids.
Vinification: The alcoholic fermentation proceeds slowly at a constant temperature of 15 ° C for two days. The second fermentation in the bottle is done at a constant temperature of 14 ° C and rests in the cellar for another 18 months. (= sur latte). This Cava Brut has a sugar content of 9 grams / liter.
